On Healing the Heart

In moments when our lives are so on track and we feel a deep sense of meaning and purpose we can rest assured that the presence of love is alive! But often when love is absent things may not feel quite right or there might be a deep sense of sadness. In these moments we can fall prey to meaninglessness, anxiety or despair.

Come join me for a night of connection and community while we discuss how we might heal the wounds of the heart on an individual and global level.

The Dream of the Earth

Everyone dreams but many times understanding our dreams or even charting our dreams is a chore given the rest of the demands on one’s life.  I am offering this ongoing group as a way to facilitate the practice of charting dreams.  When we begin to chart our dreams we begin to see patterns in our psyche as well as potential healing to past traumas or significant events.

A dream group or dream circle is an ancient form that gives structure to the “work” of dreaming.  In the circle each dreamer shares her dream one by one and each member offers up a reflection to the dreamer, feedback and other information she may not have know.

So I hope you will come and participate in this dream circle it is sure to be enlightening and a great way to engage with your community.  Space is limited to 8 so sign up soon!
